"More Than Just Embroiderers"

EMBROIDERED KEYBOARD COVER FOR THE BAND GOLDEN SILVERS, WHO PERFORMED LIVE, ON LATER WITH JOOLS HOLLAND ON 19TH MAY 2009 ON BBC2! 

Below are the images of  a keyboard cover that we made from scratch, the front and right side were fully embroidered,onto Burgundy velvet / valor the front edges were finished with gold piping and the bottom was finished with gold bullion. There are over one MILLION STITCHES in total in the finished cover.

The images below on the left is the fully made up cover, in the middle is the right panel,onto which are embroidered 10 symbols each symbol represents the name of a song , and on the left is the corner image with the piping finished edge.

The image below on the left is of the gold bullion fringing being sewn no the bottom.The whole keyboard cover was full lined on the inside, with nylon lining and had ties straps to secure it to the keyboard,as shown in the middle image. The image on the right is the bands name Golden Silvers embroidered onto the front panel.
