Can you do volume production?
We certainly can, although this depends on lead times.
What delivery service do you use?
We use a next-day courier service, as well as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The price and the delivery type we use depends on the level of service required.
Do you supply workwear garments?
We are happy to supply workwear garments, with a minimum order number of 50. If you need fewer garments than this, we can embroider your chosen design onto existing garments for a minimum of £100 plus VAT and an additional design set-up charge.
How much is the design set-up charge?
This depends on the design – The charge starts at £25 plus VAT, and can go up to £100 plus VAT. This depends on the number of colours, the size and the style.
How many colours can you include in one design?
We can embroider designs with up to 15 different colours.
