Frequently Asked Questions about Embroidery in Leeds
Can you supply workwear garments?
We can, although please be advised there is a minimum order number of 50. If you need fewer garments then we can embroider your design onto existing garments, as long as the minimum cost of £100 plus VAT is agreed upon.
How many colours can be accommodated on a single design?
We can include up to 15 colours in a single design.
Do you offer a same-day service?
We can offer a same-day service if your design is approved by 9am on said day. This does not apply on large-scale bespoke orders.
How do you deliver the final product?
This can be delivered either as a next-day courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on the level of service required and whether tracking is requested.
Do you create samples?
Yes, we will always create a sample for each project. We can send you photos, or you can alternatively come into our studio to have a look for yourself.
