Since our founding, we have expanded the scope of our services and the industries we work with to become an all-in-one provider of bespoke embroidery.

Frequently Asked Questions about embroidery in Liverpool
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, £100 plus VAT. We also charge £25 plus VAT as a design fee.
Can you embroider one-off items?
As long as it meets the above cost minimums, we are more than happy to cater to one-off projects or single items.
Do you offer a same-day service?
Yes – If you can approve of a design by 9am, we can deliver a same-day service. Please be advised that this only applies to smaller projects.
I don't have a design to hand, can you help?
Yes, we can use digital editing software to create accurate mock-ups, and can work with you until we bring your vision to life.
What are your lead times?
Our normal lead times are 3 to 5 days, although this of course depends on the quantities and detail of the project.
