DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER

We do not have a minimum order we can do one off, but we have a minimum order value which is £100.00 plus vat. This does not include the setup charge see below. If its only text that you require then you can choose from our preset fonts at no extra charge.

IS THERE A DESIGN SET UP CHARGE

Yes there is a origination charge. This charge depends on your design and starts at £25 plus vat and can go up to and over £100 plus vat. There are a number of factors which determine the set up charge such as no of colours and the size and style.This is a one off charge after which we can do repeat orders without incurring this charge.

DO YOU DO A SAMPLE FOR APPROVAL

Yes we do a sample and send you images or you can come in and have a look for approval. On the bespoke large designs we sample only part of the design.

DO YOU OFFER A SAME DAY SERVICE

Yes we offer a same day service if approved by 9am on the said day. This does not apply to large scale bespoke orders.

HOW MANY COLOURS CAN BE IN ONE DESIGN

We can embroider designs with up to 15 different colours see our BADGES page

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES

Depending on your quantities our normal lead time are 3-5 working days from approval.

WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS CAN YOU EMBROIDER ON

We can embroider onto almost all types of materials such as Leather Silk Cotton Organza etc.

DO YOU SUPPLY WORKWEAR GARMENTS

We do supply workwear garments but have a minimum order of 50 items. Or we can embroider onto your supplied garment of which there is no minimum quantity apart from the £100.00 plus vat minimum order value plus the design set up charge.

DO YOU EMBROIDER ONE OFF ITEMS

Yes we do, this would come in our minimum order value which is £100.00 plus vat and design set charge starting at £25.00 plus vat.

CAN YOU DO VOLUME PRODUCTION

Yes we can do volume production this depends on your lead times.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST SIZE YOU CAN EMBROIDER

We can embroider in one fitting a design of 1200mm x 520mm  in up to 15 colours, however if you design exceeds this size and if the design has a natural break point, we can reset the machine and continue. Please see architects plans get in touch to discuss this option.

DELIVERY LOCAL NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL

We use a next day courier service for local and national as well as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The price depends on the level of service required

TERMS OF BUSINESS

Our terms of business are a 50% deposit with your order and the balance payable by bank transfer before collection / delivery.
